This website is to introduce the Caister-on-Sea Women's Institute. We were formed in 1947 and since that time our members have endeavoured to learn new crafts and hobbies and enjoy themselves, whilst making a worthwhile contribution to our village and community. A token of our commitment is the Caister-on-Sea village sign, shown below, which we commissioned, had made to our specification and continue to maintain.

We are situated in Norfolk on the East coast of England and are in the fortunate position of having the benefit of not only being near the sea but on the border of the Norfolk Broads with its lovely countryside and waterways.
